When Direct TV launched in 1994, it was the first entertainment service in the U.S. to deliver all digital-quality, multi-channel TV programming to an 18-inch satellite dish. DIRECTV is continuing to redefine the world of television entertainment. Advances in technology are enabling their viewers to have greater control over their viewing and experience new services on their television, such as digital video recording (DVR), high-definition TV, expanded multicultural programming, interactive programming and more. And for me it is the best option to have than having a cable tv. Having the freedom with an interactive on-screen program guide and pay per view ordering by remote control directtv has captured everybody’s heart in its field. Read the rest of this entry

Gallery 7 Studios in Manila came up with a photo contest that stars a father and child/ children in a portrait. The contest is made possible thru the technology of Facebook. The aspiring contenders must submit a photo, it’s might be either old or new. The Duration of Photo Contest is from June 8 to July 8, 2009. If you are going to Masbate and you are traveling by sea from Roxas City to Calumpang (Masbate) you must experience a great escapade without having to shell out additional clams. Pumpboats that dock in Calumpang usually pick up and drop off passengers and cargos in the islands along the trip going to Roxas City and going back to Calumpang.

Jintotolo Island, Masbate Jintotolo Island, Masbate

Summer heat did not resist me from taking a break and be back to my hometown in Masbate after almost half a year. It’s the best time to enjoy vacation and take a break from the tedious and fussy city life. I have recently finished the requirements for my last subject in the academe postulated in the completion of my Bachelor’s Degree. So it’s just so delighting to take an unlaxing break after all. And it’s a perfect timing because our barangay is celebrating its annual fiesta which is a time of gathering with old friends and colleagues.
